Mr.
Nicoloff has over 30 years of experience with public sector projects.
These include, but are not limited to: the Department of Defense,
California State Universities and Colleges, San Diego Unified School
District, City of Big Bear Lake, City of National City, City of Vista, and
City of San Diego.
He is currently licensed to practice architecture in
the state of California (C-9122). Mr. Nicoloff has also been certified as
an Associate Value Specialist by t of
