 Nicoloff
and Associates, Inc. is a full service Architectural firm. We provide all
the standard services of a traditional client/architect relationship
(design, drawings, floor plan, and pictures). Our
firm includes experience with over 30 new fire department facilities, as
well and numerous remodeling and renovations projects. Our
backgr ound
also includes the development of positive relationships between our
clients and their communities. This experience greatly enhances our
understanding of the requirements for each Fire Station and will enable us
to focus on "win-win" solutions for all project.
All projects are the result of consensus of
City and Fire staff first, the A&E team and interested adjacent
Community Groups. Meeting with all concerned parties early and closely is
critically important in order to achieve acceptance. At the same time,
recognizing that the City has to work within the finite limits of their
budget schedule,  we
feel that Nicoloff and Associates, Inc.'s approach is ideally suited to
this project. While similar to some other firms' design charrette
processes, our approach differs with the inclusion of value engineering as
a design methodology. Our ultimate goal is to achieve your goals of
function, form, economy and time.
